Cadena Comercial Tiendas Red S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“Felz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) issues this Privacy Notice pursuant to Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations (collectively “Mexican Data Protection Law”). This document explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal data obtained through Felz’s websites, mobile applications and any digital services that link to this notice (collectively the “Site”). By using the Site you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice.

We may obtain identification information (for example your full name, government identification number, RFC, date of birth and nationality), contact details (such as email, telephone number and physical address), employment and professional information (including employer and job title), transactional records (orders, payment tokens and deliveries), digital or technical data (device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, geolocation and cookies) as well as marketing preferences and, where applicable, audio or visual material such as call recordings or CCTV images. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless required by law and with your explicit consent.

3. Purposes of Processing

Primary purposes include operating the Site, processing orders and payments, answering enquiries, verifying identity to prevent fraud or cyber incidents, and fulfilling legal, tax or regulatory obligations.

7. ARCO Rights and Other Choices

You may request access to your personal data, ask for rectification, seek cancellation or oppose certain processing. You may also revoke consent, limit marketing communications or enquire about data transfers. To exercise these rights send an email titled “ARCO Request” to privacidad@tiendasred.com with your name, contact details, a description of the request and a copy of an official ID. We will acknowledge receipt within five business days, respond within twenty business days and implement approved actions within fifteen business days thereafter, subject to extensions allowed by law.

8. Security Measures

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, restricted access controls, audit logging, secure development practices and regular staff training.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site relies on cookies, pixel tags and web beacons to recognise your browser, improve performance, remember preferences and compile analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, although some functions may be affected.

10. Personal Data of Minors

Our services are not aimed at individuals under eighteen years of age and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we discover that such data has been collected inadvertently, we will delete it promptly unless legally required to keep it.
